Staff Cyber Awareness Training
Short, practical training that helps your team spot phishing, fake invoices, scam calls and unsafe links.
Technology stops many attacks, but criminals aim at people: a rushed accountant, a new receptionist, a manager on their phone between meetings. Short, practical training turns your team into an early-warning system instead of the weak link.
What we cover
- How to spot phishing emails, SMSes and WhatsApp messages
- Fake invoices and payment-detail change scams
- Scam phone calls pretending to be the bank, SARS or IT support
- Safe passwords and two-factor authentication
- What to do, and who to tell, when something looks wrong
- Handling customer personal information carefully under POPIA
How the training works
Sessions are short, in plain language and based on real scams aimed at South African businesses. We run them in person in Johannesburg or online, and offer refresher sessions for new staff.
A culture where reporting is easy
Staff who click a bad link should feel safe reporting it straight away. Quick reporting is what limits the damage.
This is part of our cyber security service for South African businesses.
